Shade Smart Workshop Tulsa, OK

At the Shade Smart workshop, you will learn about roman shade fabrication and operating systems from industry leaders in a supportive, small group of workroom peers.

Class description:

Instructors Deborah Cronin and Jennifer White have experience and statistics for every lift system available, and Susan Woodcock is the industry expert on fabrication and compliance with cord safety standards. At the Shade Smart workshop, you will become a shade expert, too!

You will learn about spring, motor, and clutch systems; see a comparison of features and how to choose one system over another. You will see how to assemble, adjust, and tweak systems, and understand how they are used and see innovations and solutions for all types of windows.

During the class, you will see a variety of fabrication methods and receive information about how to comply with cord safety standards for custom products. The information shared is up-to-date with the most current products, resources, and services for workroom professionals.

This is an advanced-level workshop specifically for professional workroom owners and fabricators.
