Subscription Service Overview CSFRL.org provides a digital membership service with access to exclusive content, resources, or community features (the “Service”). Members subscribe to recurring billing cycles (monthly/annual) and retain access until their subscription period ends, even after cancellation.
Subscription Details
Recurring Billing: Members are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Service Delivery: Access to the Service begins immediately upon payment confirmation and continues uninterrupted for the duration of the active billing period.
Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations mid-cycle.
Access to the Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
No Refunds Policy
All payments are final. CSFRL.org does not offer refunds or credits for partial billing cycles, unused membership periods, or voluntary cancellations.
Exceptions may apply only where required by law.
Access Period After Cancellation
Cancelling stops future charges but does not terminate access immediately.
Members retain full benefits until the end of their pre-paid billing cycle.
Customer Responsibilities
Keep payment information updated to avoid service interruptions.
Cancel subscriptions before the next billing date if you no longer wish to be charged.
Acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for unused time.
Dispute Resolution
Contact us at info@csfrl.orgbefore disputing charges with your payment provider. Unresolved disputes may result in account suspension.
