Quotes I’m Thinking About This Week:

“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.”

Fred Rogers

May is National Mental Health Awareness Month. I am fortunate enough to have a daughter who is a therapist and who encourages me to take care of my mental and physical health.  As entrepreneurs and small business owners, we have so much stress, and so many of us beat ourselves up for small
mistakes.  I hope you know you are not alone, and we have a community right here in the Library that gets you and supports you!

I hope you have a great week!
